What would qualify you for our opportunity as an Account Payable Specialist?
- Education equivalent to a diploma or 2 year degree in accounting or other business discipline.
- Experience that demonstrates your ability to work through monthly and annual accounting cycles, 2 years minimum preferred.
- Experience working within ERP financial systems with strong technology aptitude.
What will be some of the things you’ll be asked to do as a
Account Payable Specialist?
- Perform a three-way purchase order match and process daily invoice payments.
- Administer the company credit card program.
- Reconcile and process petty cash reimbursements.
- Assist the team with daily processing and monthly closing activities.
- Import and export data between Excel and the ERP system for analysis
