Full Time, 40 hours a week.

This position will work Monday thru Friday and weekend work will only be "as needed."

The clinic is open from 7:00-7:00pm, Monday thru Friday and 9:00am-5:00pm on weekends.

JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinates on-site activities of physician office. Keeps clinic manager informed of both progress and potential problems. Acts as the first point of contact for staff concerns or issues and escalates the problems to the appropriate people when necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
High School Graduate or equivalent.

Some college or technical education preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to interpret, develop, and coordinate business and clinical policies of practice.

Possess the ability to communicate well with staff, physicians, and general public.
-
Be familiar with the patient accounting function and billing systems.
-
Knowledge of physician practice operations and medical terminology required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have adequate perception of sounds or adequate hearing with corrections.
-
Able to speak clearly and distinctly with staff, physicians, patients, and families.

Able to hear and converse with others on the phone.
-
Demonstrates adequate stamina to deal with stressful situations and to complete the necessary work schedule.

Demonstrates adequate vision to prepare and read documents accurately.

Possess fine motor skills and hand/eye coordination to operate equipment.
