Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab $10,000 / Two (2) Year Sign On Bonus!*
In this position, you will, as a result of education, clinical, and leadership experience in critical care nursing, possess the advanced knowledge and clinical skills necessary to provide expert nursing care; apply your expert knowledge to act as a change agent, role model and leader; coordinate the care of patients; ensure quality focused and cost-effective care delivery outcomes; utilize theory, research, and specialized knowledge to plan care for the patient; function within a collaborative practice to enhance quality of care; interpret, evaluate and communicate research findings; demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
You will not only be responsible for direct patient care, medications and sterilization techniques necessary in the Cath Lab, but you will also act as the patients advocate, while assisting the physician with procedures performed in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including cardiovascular studies/interventions, as well as Special Procedure studies/interventions.
Requirements Include:
- ADN and Current AR License in good standing or Compact State
- BLS
- ACLS within the first three (3) months of employment
Preferences Include:
- BSN or MSN
- Minimum of one (1) year ICU experience

This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
