JOB SUMMARY
The Provider Recruitment Office Coordinator provides essential administrative and logistical support to the physician/provider recruitment team. This includes coordinating interviews, travel, site visits, candidate communications, and documentation. The coordinator plays a key role in delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Health System. ICARE standards must be demonstrated. Adherence to Code of Conduct and other policies is required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative, healthcare or human resources experience; recruitment support preferred.
- Computer literacy required, including the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage details for multiple candidates and searches simultaneously.
- Positive interpersonal relationship skills required.
