About the Opportunity
Aultman Health System is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join its Urology team to lead a new practice at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio. This role is pivotal to expanding access to high-quality, compassionate urologic care across the communities Aultman serves.
Summary:
Physician shall provide medical, surgical and administrative services to Aultman Medical Group (AMG)and at the Department Location and Hospital as assigned to the Physician from time to time by AMG. Physician performs assigned duties while displaying the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct as well as acting in the best interest of AMG, supporting AMG’s mission, vision, and values to optimize the health and well-being of AMG’s patients.

Responsibilities:
The Urologist will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with key responsibilities including:
- Diagnose and treat urologic conditions, perform surgical procedures, and provide limited on-call coverage as assigned.
- Manage patient admissions, transfers, and continuity of care within the Aultman Health System.
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records, adhering to hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care and effective team-based practice.
- Participate in compliance, quality improvement, and utilization review initiatives, as well as medical staff committees and hospital programs.
- Assist with practice and hospital administration, supporting positive relationships among clinical staff, administration, and referral networks.
- Promote patient and community health education and contribute to process improvements across the system.
Education/Certification/Licensing Requirements:
- Degree of M.D. or D.O. with ABIM-recognized residency, AOA-recognized residency
- Valid and active board certification, or board eligibility per medical staff bylaws
- Valid and unrestricted Ohio medical license
- Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate
- BLS certification (as required)
- ATLS certification for hospital (as required)
