The role:
We're seeking a UX/ UI Designer with expertise in Visual Design to join our Product team in Sunnyvale, CA. This role will span multiple product lines at Coram and also include working with the Marketing team on design initiatives. From crafting elegant product interfaces and design system components, to developing visuals for demos, events, and customer-facing collateral, you'll bring design excellence across every touchpoint. You'll collaborate directly with the Product and GTM teams to elevate design standards across Coram. You'll gain first-hand experience in a fast-paced environment where design ships at the speed of code.
Responsibilities:
- Own the UI design of the Coram app across web and mobile applications
- Lead marketing design for customer-facing collateral and social content
- Partner with the UX team to deliver best-in-class customer-facing products
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components across product and marketing
- Test applications regularly to ensure quality and alignment with design specifications
- Collaborate with teams in California and London to ensure smooth execution and delivery
Skills and qualifications:
- 4+ years of product design experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Experience working with a high-performing design team and adopting best practices
- Proven track record in building and maintaining design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile design work
- Excellent communication skills with sharp attention to detail and urgency
- Ability to work onsite – we move faster when we're in the same room

Pay range:
The pay range for this role (Sunnyvale) is $140,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience and interview performance.
