The Indiana Pacers are looking for a high-caliber Shooting Guard to elevate our competitive edge. Under the mentorship of Reggie Miller, the ideal candidate will be a proven scorer and a tenacious defender with a relentless work ethic.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Scoring:** Deliver consistent high-scoring performances, excelling in three-pointers and finishing at the rim.
- **Defense:** Lock down opposing players, demonstrating elite defensive skills.
- **Team Play:** Execute offensive strategies and maintain strong on-court chemistry with teammates.
- **Conditioning:** Commit to rigorous training and maintain peak physical fitness.
- **Community Engagement:** Actively participate in community events and represent the Pacers.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience at the shooting guard position, preferably at the collegiate or professional level.
- Exceptional shooting and defensive abilities.
- Strong basketball IQ and work ethic.
