About The Role
As a Call Center Representative (Offsite) within our Customer Support department, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers while working remotely. This full-time, hourly position allows you to be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience all from the comfort of your own space. What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Achieve performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call resolution time, and response quality.
- Stay informed about updates and changes in company products or services.
- Maintain a quiet and professional workspace suitable for call handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency using call center software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
- Flexible availability to work assigned shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.

The pay range for this role is:18.71 - 37.90 USD per hour(Remote (Topeka, Kansas, US))
