About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Live Support Agent to join our Administrative team. This is a full-time, hourly position that plays a key role in providing exceptional real-time support while aiding in administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless support to both internal teams and external clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide real-time live support to clients and team members through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Act as a point of contact by addressing inquiries promptly and directing requests to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure accuracy across all administrative platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer or team member issues professionally and effectively in a timely manner.
- Develop a solid understanding of company processes and ensure compliance with all administrative policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance the efficiency of administrative support services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office and communication tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, email platforms, and live chat systems.
- A positive attitude and an empathetic approach to supporting colleagues and clients.
