About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Offsite Client Service Representative to join our dynamic Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. As a remote representative, strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer service experience in English will be crucial to your success. What You'll Do
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Address and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions to customer challenges.
- Document and update customer records thoroughly and accurately in our systems.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.
- Assist with troubleshooting product or service issues and escalate matters as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide insightful and effective support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing customer feedback and suggestions for enhancements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize workload.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRMs is a plus.
- Team player with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a bonus.
