About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Administrator to join our administrative team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires precision, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Review and verify the accuracy of information before entry.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform regular quality checks on data to ensure reliability and correctness.
- Communicate with team members to resolve inconsistencies and obtain missing data.
- Follow data privacy and security procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Generate reports and summaries from databases as requested by management.
- Contribute to the improvement of data entry processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures is a plus.
