We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Chat Agent to join our dynamic Customer Support team. This full-time, hourly position involves delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. As a Chat Agent, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and serving as the first point of contact for a wide variety of issues, all while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through live chat in English.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating matters when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update system logs accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share valuable customer feedback and insights.
- Meet established performance metrics and targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up to date with product or service knowledge to offer accurate assistance.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with chat support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Saint Paul, Minnesota, US))
