We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry and Verification Clerk to join our Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of essential customer data. Your primary responsibility will be to input, verify, and update information within our database while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer data into the company's database.
- Verify the accuracy of information by cross-referencing data from multiple sources.
- Identify and report data discrepancies, ensuring timely corrections are made.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve data discrepancies or inquiries.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to data entry and verification tasks.
- Adhere to established data management processes and departmental guidelines.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to systems and processes for data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a remote capacity.
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in using data entry tools, spreadsheets, and database software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive information is a plus.
The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US))
