About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Administrator to join our Administrative team on a full-time, hourly remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data within our systems. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth data workflows, providing support to various departments, and troubleshooting database-related issues. What You'll Do
- Manage, update, and maintain organizational databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Monitor data flows to identify inconsistencies, troubleshoot anomalies, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Safeguard data by implementing and adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.
- Create, run, and distribute regular reports as needed to support business processes.
- Collaborate with administrative and operational teams to develop improved data entry and management procedures.
- Provide end-user support and training on data tools and systems used across the company.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements related to data storage and usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data administration, database management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and work independently to find solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms, such as Zoom, Slack, or project management software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
