We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team as an Email Chat Support representative. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to assist customers by providing exceptional service through email and chat communication. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns effectively.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues and suggest actionable solutions to improve processes.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate responses to customer questions.
- Meet or exceed individual performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional written communication skills in English with great attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service tools, Help Desk software, and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to work full-time on an hourly basis, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in using computers, email systems, and chat platforms.
- A positive and professional approach to customer interactions.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per hour(Remote (Hialeah, Florida, US))
