About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team. This full-time, remote position provides an exciting opportunity to assist and engage with our diverse customer base in solving their queries efficiently. As a key member of the Customer Support department, you will interact directly with customers, upholding our commitment to excellent service. Proficiency in English and an additional language is essential for this role, as it requires clear and effective communication across multiple audiences.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone in both English and one other language.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries while ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Provide thorough and accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues efficiently to the appropriate team.
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while representing the company.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required.
- Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including possible evenings and weekends, based on customer needs.

The pay range for this role is:23.19 - 35.60 USD per hour(Remote (Oakland, California, US))
