We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as a TeleChat Support representative. In this full-time, hourly role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and assistance via chat and phone to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and solve problems quickly and empathetically will be essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through chat and phone to address inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Provide clear, accurate, and personalized solutions to customer problems within a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and document customer feedback for improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- Identify trends and share insights to improve customer support processes and products.
- Assist in creating and updating FAQs and support documentation for both customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities under pressure.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide a positive support experience.
- Proficiency with chat software, CRM tools, and general computer literacy.
- Willingness to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts as required.
The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Remote (Lubbock, Texas, US))
