We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry and Maintenance Specialist to join our Administrative team. This is a fully remote, hourly, full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and maintenance of our organizational data. Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data entered across various systems and databases.
- Regularly review, update, and maintain organizational data for quality and integrity.
- Perform data input tasks and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to verify key information and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of all data audits, edits, and corrections.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Generate and present detailed reports on data quality and updates as required.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance the efficiency of data entry and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with data management tools and software (experience with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Problem-solving skills and a knack for identifying areas for improvement in data processes.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Detroit, Michigan, US))
