We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Files Clerk to join our Customer Support team. This full-time, hourly position plays a critical role in managing and maintaining off-premises file systems, ensuring document accuracy, and supporting the overall efficiency of our department. Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and update off-premises customer and company files with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate electronic and physical record-keeping per company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Retrieve and archive files based on requests from internal departments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline file management processes and improve operational workflows.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure the integrity, completeness, and proper organization of documents.
- Assist in transitioning paper-based records to digital systems where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to address file-related concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in file management, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with document management systems (DMS) and office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (New Orleans, Louisiana, US))
