Access Health Louisiana, a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) providing quality, affordable, and convenient care in high-need areas, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to join our school-based health center team. This position will see students from Orleans and St. Charles Parish.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy to students.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, school personnel, and referral sources to coordinate holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation, updating records as needed.
- Identify and report special cases such as child abuse, neglect, or truancy to appropriate authorities and provide follow-up counseling.
- Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on improving student health outcomes.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work
- Current licensure in good standing in the state of Louisiana
Experience
- Three to five years of post-master’s experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults
- Prior outpatient treatment experience
