We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to join our Customer Support team. This is a fully remote, hourly, full-time position that requires proficiency in English. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring information is entered correctly, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in various software systems with high accuracy.
- Maintain consistency and integrity of information across multiple databases.
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify data when needed.
- Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support department to ensure seamless information flow.
- Assist in generating reports or summaries based on the data entry work.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data protection and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar, preferably in a customer support environment.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with databases, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Nashville, Tennessee, US))
