About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Support team as a Work From Home Inbound Contact Centre Representative. This full-time, hourly position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to make a meaningful impact by resolving customer inquiries and delivering exceptional service. What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional, courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and share best practices.
- Achieve and maintain performance goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards.
- Stay up-to-date on company offerings, promotions, and system updates.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred but not required.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work full-time on a set schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed.

The pay range for this role is:20.19 - 35.60 USD per hour(Remote (Nashville, Tennessee, US))
