We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Support Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Support department. This is a remote, full-time, hourly position where you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and delivering exceptional support experiences. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues as needed.
- Proactively identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to processes or services.
- Ensure company standards for customer service excellence are met and maintained.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other customer support tools.
- Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach to customer concerns.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Indianapolis, Indiana, US))
