We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Remote Data Records Clerk to join our Customer Support department. As a full-time, hourly employee working remotely, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customer records and data systems are accurately maintained and organized. This position is perfect for an individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong command of the English language. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize, review, and maintain customer records within the company database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Input, update, and manage data across multiple platforms with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform regular reviews of record-keeping systems for inconsistencies or errors, addressing and resolving any issues identified.
- Collaborate with other members of the Customer Support team to ensure seamless data handling and information flow.
- Generate reports from customer data as required by management or other departments.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and data protection protocols in handling sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify information and ensure data quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, records management, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data management platforms and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying self-motivated.
The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 80,000 USD per year(Remote (Denver, Colorado, US))
