We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Remote Phone and Email Chat Support professional to join our Customer Support Team. This full-time, hourly position is designed for passionate problem solvers who can deliver exceptional service through phone and email interactions. You will play a key role in ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are resolved efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor. As part of a dynamic remote team, your ability to communicate effectively in English and adapt to customer needs will make a real impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and following up as needed.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues when required.
- Identify patterns or recurring issues from customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve processes.
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone throughout all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed team performance metrics and contribute to overall support goals.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate and consistent information to customers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, phone support, or email/chat support roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing time efficiently.
- Proficient with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and customer needs.
- Availability to work full-time with a commitment to providing timely responses during designated work hours.
The pay range for this role is:75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Chicago, Illinois, US))
