Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processor-Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a very fast-paced environment and will play a crucial role by guiding potential borrowers through the process of creating comprehensive loan request packages and securing lender proposals through. This position requires a strong understanding of financial software, basic math skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a demanding, high-pressure environment. If you have experience in loan sales or processing, SBA (Small Business Administration) or a process-driven role in operations such as an account manager, recruiter, paralegal or legal secretary, insurance processor, or business development we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage large client pipelines from loan packaging to funding completion
- Guide clients on loan program requirements, including process, timing, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy in completing loan documentation for lender credit approval
- Prepare and present loan request packages to a network of lenders
- Communicate with third parties involved in the process (e.g., franchisors, franchise consultants)
- Stay current on lender policies and SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Build and maintain lender relationships to effectively negotiate and represent client needs
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative, insurance, finance or legal industries preferred
- Proficient in computer/technical skills (Adobe, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional writing skills for clear, concise business correspondence
- Ability to analyze financial statements, credit reports, business plans, and other financial documents
- Familiar with Small Business Administration (SBA) loans
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
