About the Role:
The Assistant Branch Manager - Client Services plays a pivotal role in supporting the branch's operational excellence and client satisfaction within the professional, scientific, and technical services industry. This position is responsible for assisting in the management of daily branch activities, ensuring that client service standards are consistently met and exceeded. The role involves collaborating closely with the Branch Manager to implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance client relationships. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services or branch operations within the professional, scientific, or technical services sector.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving client service excellence.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards relevant to the branch operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
