Qualified Candidate Requirements:
- Certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years working in a private practice (preferred)
- Strong computer skills and experience using EMR systems, our practice utilizes NextGen
- Experience in rheumatology, oncology, orthopedics, sports medicine, and/or pain management (preferred)
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Documenting in EMR system
- Triaging patients
- Drawing blood
- Taking patients' vital signs
- Assisting doctors with procedures, including ultrasound procedures
- Returning patient phone calls
- Ordering, stocking, and tracking medications
- Coordinating patient care with other medical practices
- Ordering supplies, stocking supply closet and exam rooms
