Market Sales Specialist (Multiple Positions)

Position Summary: Edmond's Honor is more than a spirits brand — it's a celebration of culture, community, and legacy. As a Market Sales Specialist, you'll serve as the face of the brand within your assigned territory, bringing energy, strategy, and authenticity to every account interaction. This role blends field sales execution with grassroots brand ambassadorship — from calling on key accounts to activating consumer-facing programs and driving brand visibility where it matters most.
This part-time position is perfect for someone who's passionate about premium spirits, thrives in dynamic environments, and knows how to turn connections into conversions. Variable bonuses are awarded monthly based on KPI performance, giving you the opportunity to be rewarded for your impact.
Key Competencies & Responsibilities:
Brand Activation & Field Execution
- Represent Edmond's Honor in the market as a brand ambassador, engaging directly with on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Lead activations, sampling sessions, and local events to increase brand awareness and drive trial
- Ensure placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials and brand visibility at retail and hospitality locations
Sales & Territory Management
- Call on a defined list of accounts within your designated territory (bars, restaurants, lounges, liquor stores, etc.)
- Drive repeat sales by maintaining strong relationships and staying top of mind with buyers
- Identify growth opportunities and gaps in the market, proposing programming and account strategies accordingly
Programming & KPI Delivery
- Execute local programming aligned with regional sales goals and brand campaigns
- Track, report, and exceed monthly KPIs — including volume, placement, activation counts, and account visits
- Participate in regular check-ins with regional leadership to review goals, progress, and wins
Distributor & Retailer Engagement
- Collaborate with distributor teams on product placement, inventory management, and brand priorities
- Join work-withs and GSMs to reinforce presence and ensure alignment with sales initiatives
- Build relationships with store managers and on-premise buyers to drive sell-through and menu placements
Education & Storytelling
- Educate accounts and staff on Edmond's Honor's heritage, taste profile, and positioning
- Represent the brand with professionalism and authenticity at community and industry events
- Serve as a resource and energizer for retail and hospitality staff promoting the product
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license, registered/insured vehicle, and clean driving record
- 1–3 years of experience in spirits, beverage, or hospitality sales preferred
- Comfortable lifting/moving product cases and setting up events or POS materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (or willing to learn)
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and proactive
- Available to work some evenings and weekends as needed
- Resides in assigned territory and willing to travel within region

Salary
$28/hr. (up to 80 hours per month)
