Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to perform professional administrative support to senior leadership. These services include updating trackers, gathering and organizing information for briefing materials, arranging travel for principals, perform logistical work to arrange internal and external meetings with different stakeholders. In addition, the person will be tasked with updating documents and drafting email communications for internal and external dissemination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative operations and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Manage confidential information and provide executive-level administrative support
- Supervise junior administrative staff and coordinate training programs
- Lead special projects and serve as project coordinator for cross-functional initiatives
- Develop and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and documentation
- Establish administrative governance and quality control measures
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic administrative initiatives
- Manage budget oversight for administrative functions and resources
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years administrative experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Administrative professional certification preferred
