Community Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Community Marketing Manager to fuel growth through events, partnerships, and local market engagement.
What You'll Do:

Build and execute local marketing & event playbooks (open houses, influencer nights, VIP events).

Develop partnerships with local businesses and influencers to drive awareness and referrals.

Manage community outreach, activations, and ambassador programs.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and practice leaders to align strategy and execution.

Track and report KPIs to measure success and optimize future campaigns.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.

3+ years experience in community marketing, events, or partnerships (medspa/aesthetics a plus).

Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to grow engagement and patient/client volume.
