Job Summary
The Financial Aid Advisor is responsible for performing tasks that will increase the productivity and efficiency of the college. Additionally, the Financial Aid Advisor will continue to maintain professionalism and decorum associated with the staff of Northwest Career College.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Complete student phone calls to support with Loan Repayment
- Complete student meetings to support with Loan Repayment
- Assist students with loan servicer account creation
- Assist with group exit counseling presentations to support with Loan Repayment
- Other tasks as assigned by the Financial Aid Department
Experience
- PREFERRED In-field experience: 2-5 years
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
License/Certification
- PREFERRED Certified Financial Aid Officer
Education
- PREFERRED Undergraduate, Associate
