About the role
- This is a Full-Time, salaried role. The Head of Marketing will direct all aspects of Pressed Floral's marketing strategy and will oversee a dynamic cross-functional team.
What you'll do
- This role will be responsible for directing all aspects of marketing, from creative brand direction to the execution of campaigns, content creation, and collaboration with external partners. The Head of Marketing will provide strategic leadership, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- This role involves both leadership and hands-on creative direction, including overseeing branding initiatives, content creation, paid media, events, collaborations, and more. The Head of Marketing will manage a growing team, providing mentorship and guidance while working with external contractors and teams to execute on the company's marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong brand management expertise with the ability to define and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Hands-on experience overseeing creative content, including social media, paid campaigns, photoshoots, and video shoots.
- Proficiency in paid media strategy and management across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, with a focus on ROI and CPA optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of social media and content strategy, with the ability to adapt to emerging trends and platforms.
- Experience planning and executing brand-related events, including vendor management, budgeting, and onsite coordination.
- Skilled in partnership development and influencer marketing, from outreach and negotiation to execution of collaborations.
- Proven track record leading successful product launch campaigns across digital and influencer channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
