As a Sales / Vehicle Specialist, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their automotive requirements. You will leverage your expertise in vehicle features, pricing, and financing options to guide potential buyers through the purchasing process. This position not only requires a solid knowledge of our vehicle lineup but also the ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Over time, you will become an essential point of contact for repeat customers. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the sales team and management to develop strategies that drive sales performance while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and promote vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
- Maintain expert knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and competition in the automotive market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to enhance sales promotions and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive technology and vehicle specifications.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
The pay range for this role is:23.14 - 34.71 USD per hour(UT)
