SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Services Coordinator to support our Early Childhood, School-Age, and Camp programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with families, and has strong communication and administrative skills. The position will be primarily responsible for overseeing the recruitment, registration, and on-going licensing compliance requirements of the Pozez JCC's Early Childhood Learning Center and School Age Services programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families via phone and email
- Conduct tours of child-focused programs and track leads in Salesforce
- Manage and maintain registration data in Salesforce and Excel
- Prepare, edit, and distribute enrollment paperwork for new and returning families
- Update and maintain children's records, including immunizations, allergies, and enrollment status
- Communicate with families regarding enrollment, waitlists, and required documentation
- Support Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) operations, including closing shifts, late pick-up tracking, and family communications about illnesses, absences, or injuries
- Perform additional administrative and program support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year or more of Sales or Admissions experience.
- One year or more of Administrative Experience in a children's educational setting
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB test
Preferred:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor with families
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Classification: Full Time, Exempt
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:45pm; hours outside of the regular work shift may be applicable for some tasks of this position
Compensation and Benefits: Salaried position: $40,000-$45,000 commensurate with experience.
