Paving Crew Member
Pay: $26–$28/hr (DOE) | Paid Weekly!

About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity to join our Paving Division and learn the trade from the ground up. As a Paving Crew Member, you'll support daily paving operations to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality work. You'll meet your crew at the shop each morning and travel as a team to various job sites. Reliable transportation to and from the shop is required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Rake, sweep, and clean work areas before and after paving
- Load, organize, and maintain tools and equipment
- Operate small machinery such as plate compactors, concrete saws, jackhammers, and blowers
- Support your crew to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
What You'll Bring
- A valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving history
- Prior construction or paving experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
- Team-first attitude and clear communication
- Commitment to safety and care for tools, vehicles, and equipment
- High School diploma or GED preferred
