**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Offensive Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sports coaching and working with students. If you have a passion for developing athletes and leading offensive strategies, we want to hear from you.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement offensive game plans
- Analyze opponent defenses and create strategies to exploit weaknesses
- Lead offensive drills and practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to players
- Collaborate with the coaching staff to ensure cohesive team performance
- Monitor player progress and provide feedback for improvement
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in sports coaching, particularly in offensive strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of various sports such as football, basketball, or soccer
- Ability to work with students and manage behavior effectively
- Adult CPR First Aid/AED Certified
