POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
  - High school diploma or equivalent required.
  - Graduate of a recognized program of instruction on building maintenance.
  - Related military specialty will be considered.
- Minimum Experience
  - One-year experience as a maintenance mechanic in a commercial setting required.
  - Knowledge of basic electricity and plumbing required.
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - None
- Preferred Education
  - Completion of 2-year technical school in a maintenance field.
- Preferred Experience
  - One-year experience as a mechanic in a health care environment.
- Preferred Registration/License/Certification
