Your Role: Accounts Payable Associate
As our Accounts Payable Associate, you’ll play a vital part in our finance operations by ensuring vendor payments are accurate, timely, and well-documented. You’ll work closely with our AP Supervisor and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues, reconcile statements, and maintain financial accuracy.
What You'll Do:
Reconcile vendor accounts and research discrepancies in pricing or quantities
Match invoices to purchase orders and code them accurately in the ERP system
Process AP checks and maintain organized AP files
Prepare credit applications and assist with year-end 1099 processing
Respond to internal and external inquiries via the AP department email account
Support the AP Supervisor with check runs, vendor setups, and reporting as needed
What You’ll Bring:
Required:
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
