Carolinas Staffing is looking for an experience Production Assembler in Leland, NC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and mix powder compounds according to established formulas and procedures.
- Wear a Tyvek suit to mix the powder compounds (will get clothes dirty in the process)
- Assemble kits containing multiple components
- Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on components and finished kits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding issues or improvements.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills (e.g., measuring, addition, subtraction, ratios).
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar environment is a plus.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without close supervision
Pay: $15 to $16 Per hour
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm M-F
