What You'll Do
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to structure deals that make sense and make money.
- Drive finance product penetration with integrity, urgency, and consistency.
- Take full ownership of the delivery process—no passing the buck.
- Step in as a leader and teacher, helping the whole team win.
- Mentor sales pros who want to get to your seat—and maybe someday take it.
- Own the delivery experience—because that's where deals are won or lost.
- Handle lenders like a pro, not a beggar.
- Be part of the sales team, not a surgeon in your office waiting to be gloved up.

- Prior F&I experience in automotive retail Preferable.
- Know how to structure a deal, protect the store, and sell product? Non-negotiable.

- A team-first attitude with strong leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing your cool or your
- character.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—with both customers and coworkers.
