We are looking for an experienced, full time, Travel Audiologist to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals, helping us to disrupt the hearing aid industry, while keeping the customer in the forefront.

This position will work out of multiple clinics & facilities in each area
Who You Are
A forward-thinking, empathetic Audiologist with a California Audiology license with a devotion to quality customer service and a passion for helping others hear.
Must have an active California Dispensing Audiology License (or the ability to apply for one immediately) and hold a Master's or Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited university. At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinic. Experience working with veterans and/or a diverse patient population is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Travel to assigned correctional facilities to deliver in-person audiology services
- Conduct diagnostic hearing evaluations and assessments with Shoebox equipment
- Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids and related accessories
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per facility and HIPAA guidelines
- Communicate findings and care plans to correctional healthcare staff as needed
- Ensure equipment is properly transported, sterilized, and maintained
- Follow all security protocols and guidelines set by each correctional facility
- Provide follow-up visits and adjustments as necessary

Compensation Range:
$115,000 - $135,000 per year + Travel bonus
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position under the California Labor Code and applicable Wage Orders. The role is classified as exempt under the Professional Exemption based on the requirement for advanced knowledge, independent clinical judgment, and specialized training in audiology.
As an exempt employee, the individual in this role is not eligible for overtime compensation and is expected to manage their time and responsibilities in a manner consistent with professional standards and the demands of the role.
