Key Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide personalized care to individuals in their homes who may need extra support due to age, illness, or disability. Your day may include:

Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
-
Preparing meals and feeding assistance
-
Light housekeeping and laundry
-
Companionship and emotional support
-
Mobility assistance including positioning and transfers
-
Monitoring vital signs, intake/output, and other care needs
-
Reporting changes in condition to supervising nurses
-
Maintaining documentation and ensuring patient privacy
You’ll play a vital role in helping our clients feel comfortable, supported, and safe in their homes.
Qualifications:

Active CNA license from the Virginia Department of Health

Current negative TB test or willingness to obtain
-
Reliable transportation
-
Ability to pass a background check
-
At least 1 year of experience as a CNA or HHA (preferred)
