Job Overview
The RN provides professional nursing services to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while working closely with interdisciplinary teams.

Stay current with clinical advancements and maintain competence.

Complete all required training, certifications, and annual competencies.
Organizational & Compliance Expectations

Attend staff meetings and complete ongoing education.

Maintain required certifications (e.g., BCLS/CPR, RN license in Indiana).

Required Education & Credentials

BSN degree required (or must obtain within 5 years if hired after Jan 1, 2014).

Current RN license in Indiana.

Specialty certification (if BSN not completed) may be an option.
