Northwest Indiana Lighthouse Charter Schools is looking for a Assistant Director of School Culture to join us!

The Culture Team members work to create and enhance a culture of achievement and respect where high expectations and results are the norm.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of School Culture and school leadership team to create and manage a safe and welcoming learning environment with a culture of achievement and respect
Coordinate positive programs for scholars during and after-school
Implement new school culture initiatives as determined by the DSC to further develop the school culture
Build a culture of achievement and respect with families, scholars and school/ network staff
Model professionalism at all times
Track and report behavioral data to monitor the social-emotional development of scholars

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven success in culture positions of turning best practices into outstanding academic results
