Significance has an opportunity for a Senior Project Analyst who will provide program management and analytical support to the NAVFAC PDC Directorate in the areas of ERP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development, training program implementation, data visualization, and system integration. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to assess current ERP processes, develop detailed SOPs, design and deliver training programs, and leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Advana/Jupiter) to support decision-making and reporting.
The analyst will also be responsible for evaluating MILCON projects and making informed recommendations on capitalization, as well as developing repeatable and auditable processes to support correct financial reporting for Construction in Progress (CIP). The position ensures compliance with Navy regulations, promotes operational efficiency, and supports the successful transition to enhanced ERP and data analytics platforms.
Required Skills:
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program analysis or ERP systems support (preferably Navy ERP or similar DoD ERP systems).
·Hands-on experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ERP processes (procurement, inventory, financial transactions).
·Expertise in training development and delivery (in-person and virtual) with supporting documentation (manuals, e-learning modules).
·Data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills to provide actionable insights.
·Familiarity with Navy ERP data structures and compliance requirements.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear and concise documentation.
·Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Desired Skills:
·Background in DoD financial management, procurement, or facilities project management.
·Knowledge of NAVFAC operations, military construction (MILCON), and related programs.
·Experience conducting needs assessments and gap analyses to improve ERP processes and training programs. Prior experience supporting large-scale ERP migrations or implementations in federal environments.
·Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP).
