About the Role:
We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. This hybrid role blends strategic initiative planning with hands-on operational execution. You'll design and implement cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, support merchant onboarding, and bring innovative warehouse solutions to life.
In this pivotal position, you'll partner with teams across the organization to plan scalable workflows, drive operational improvements, and play a key role in launching new warehouse operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives & Operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with key KPIs and business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to track performance and communicate strategic impact.
- Support company-wide initiatives in areas such as sustainability, logistics, and operational innovation.
Warehouse Implementation & Merchant Onboarding
- Assist in designing warehouse layouts, workflows, and new operational solutions to meet business growth.
- Lead and support merchant onboarding activities, including timeline planning, process documentation, and execution of setup activities.
- Conduct data analyses to identify trends and develop actionable, cost-effective solutions.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to capture requirements and align on project deliverables.
- Contribute to RFQs and RFPs by preparing high-quality proposals for prospective merchants.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, 3PL logistics, or startups, with a focus on operations and cross-functional project delivery.
- Proven track record managing multiple initiatives from concept to execution in ambiguous, dynamic settings.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience creating executive-ready reports.
- Ability to work independently while influencing and motivating others across teams and geographies.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and data analysis tools; exposure to Shopify, NetSuite, SaaS, or BI platforms.
- Knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes, space planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Additional Information:
- Compensation Range: CAD $85,000.00.00 to $105,000.00 annually plus benefits and incentives.
- Travel: Occasional travel across North America required
