Becoming a Team Member:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join SEV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing their regional site operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving revenue growth, managing key performance indicators for the site, and leading a dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Issue Resolution:
- Lead the team in delivering unparalleled customer service to maintain and enhance our brand reputation.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- and loyalty.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Facilitate timely launches of new site openings in your region through site set-up, recruitment, and training.
Key Performance Indicators Management:
- Take ownership of site KPI's, implementing cost-control measures and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement an implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies.
Personnel Retention, and Supervision:
- Train, and retain top-tier talent to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or luxury service industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and managing profit and loss.
Customer Service and Communication Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve customer issues with tact and professionalism.
- A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Financial Acumen:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports.
- Experience in KPI management, sales forecasting, and cost control.
Leadership and Management Skills:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing individuals.
Industry Knowledge:
- A passion for the laser hair removal and injection services beauty industry as well as a keen understanding of market trends in these arenas.
- Familiarity with high-end beauty products and services.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Travel Frequency:
- Regular travel is required to visit various locations within the district, with the frequency depending on operational needs and performance objectives.
Travel Duration:
- Travel may involve day trips as well as overnight stays, depending on the distance to be covered and the specific requirements of each location.
Transportation:
- District Managers are expected to arrange their own transportation for travel, which may include personal vehicles or company-provided options, as applicable.
Scheduling:
- Travel schedules will be coordinated in advance to ensure minimal disruption to operations while allowing for effective management and support of each location.
Expense Reimbursement:
- All travel-related expenses incurred while performing duties in line with company policy will be eligible for reimbursement.
- Must be available to work 4 days per week including weekends
- Including weekends and Holidays.
- Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.
