Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, label, and file documents in a timely and efficient manner
- Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Retrieve and distribute files and documents upon request
- Review and update files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Scan and store electronic documents for easy retrieval
- Assist with the creation and implementation of filing procedures and policies
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper organization and storage of files
- Maintain the confidentiality of all records and documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in a file clerk or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and copiers
- Knowledge of recordkeeping and filing systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
