Job Responsibilities:
- Sort and file incoming and outgoing correspondence, including contracts, invoices, and other business documents
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Retrieve and distribute requested files and records to appropriate team members
- Create and update file labels and index files for easy identification and retrieval
- Perform regular audits to ensure that all files are up to date and in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with file organization
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document preparation
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1 years of experience in a similar role or in an office environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and file management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with record keeping and data entry is a plus
The pay range for this role is:27 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Denver, Colorado, US))
